aapptec has introduced its new and unique type of resin support. The Aminomethyl Surface Active Resin (AM SURE™) has reactive sites that are confined to a thin layer on the surface of the resin. While the restricted space surrounding the interior reactive sites inhibits free movement of the attached peptide chain and can result in deletion or chain terminated peptide impurities, the reactive sites on the AM SURE™ resins are unencumbered. aapptec’s substituted resins are manufactured with a typical substitution of 0.5 to 0.8 mmol/g. The Sharp Freeze -110°C
